Refund, Ticket Change & No-Show Policy

At Mahj on the Beach, we carefully plan materials, instructors, seating, and venue accommodations based on registration numbers.

To ensure the best experience for all participants, the following policies apply:

A colorful table with a tablecloth featuring bright patterns. On the table, there are several domino games with bright, colorful, and patterned domino tiles set up in different arrangements. There is a small bowl of rainbow-colored sprinkles or candies at the corner of the table. The scene appears to be outdoors, possibly at a fair or outdoor event.

  • Refund requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled event, lesson, or class. Refund requests received less than 24 hours before the event are not eligible for a refund.

  • If you need to change your ticket type, transfer to another available event, or make adjustments to your registration, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We are happy to accommodate changes whenever possible with advance notice.

  • Participants who do not attend their scheduled event, lesson, or class and have not provided at least 24 hours' notice will be considered a no-show. No-shows are not eligible for refunds, credits, or transfers.

  • In the rare event that Mahj on the Beach must cancel an event, participants will receive the option of a full refund or credit toward a future event.

By registering for a Mahj on the Beach event, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
